Do I need to pay a deposit for the Bouncy Castle? No, we do not require a deposit, although you will need to sign a terms and agreement contract which states you will need to pay for any loss or damages to the castle.
How much space do I need for the Bouncy Castle? You will need approx. 2feet either side of the castle and 3feet infront and behind the castle. For the slide you will need approx. 6feet infront.
Is there a cancellation fee? If you cancel with atleast 24hours notice there is no cancellation fee, however if you cancel within 24hours of the booking there is a 50% charge.
Is there an age limit on the castles? Yes, for all of our castles we request that no one over the age of 11 is to use them or any one that is taller than the inside walls of the castle.
What is included in the price? We deliver and collect all of our castles and of course set them up. We also include crash mats, heavy duty pegs and ground sheets. If you live outside a 5mile radius of Northampton town centre a small additional cost may apply.
What are the delivery and pick up times? We delivery and pick up between the hours of 8am and 6pm, if you have a evening booking our times will vary to cater for your needs.
How much does it cost to run a bouncy castle for the day? Despite the fact that the castles are huge, it only cost around £1 to have it inflated for the day.
How do I pay? We prefer cash payments upon delivery, however you can pay by cheque aslong as we receive it 7days prior to your booking date.
